Focusing on songs released from the late '70s to the '80s, this selection includes tracks curated for city pop fans and Japanese music DJs alike. Ranging from major artists such as Terumasa Hino and Sadao Watanabe to many other hidden gems. The collection focuses on sounds that are fresh and current, rather than limiting to just the well known classics.

The track selection and commentary are curated by Hitoshi Kurimoto, an established writer and influencer of City Pop music from Japan.
